1. PURPOSE AND DEFINITIONS

The purpose of these Terms of Use is to govern the relationship between Worklib (the “Company”, “Worklib” or “We”) and the users (the “User(s)” or “You”), notably the employees of those companies using the Platform (the “Client Company” or “Client Companies”) who want to use the Services made available on the Worklib platform (the “Site” or the “Platform”).

The words and expressions below shall have the following meanings:

• Account: means the user account that You create on the Site to use the Services;
• Data Protection Legislation: means the General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of 27th April 2016), the French data protection law of 6th January 1978, as well as any national laws applicable to the Services and relating to the protection of personal data, including all amendments, updates to, or modifications of these laws and regulations;
• Services: means the possibility for a User to book workspaces, define their work status (absent, travelling, at home, in the office, in a third space), and share their work week with their colleagues and employer, in accordance with Section 3 below.

2. ACCEPTANCE OF THE TERMS OF USE

By signing up to the Site and ticking the box confirming your consent to the Terms of Use, You declare that You have read the Terms of Use and that You expressly accept them without reservation and/or modification of any kind. These Terms of Use constitute an agreement between You and the Company. Therefore, these Terms of Use are fully enforceable. Should You disagree with all or part of these Terms of Use, please refrain from any use of the Platform.

In addition, these Terms of Use are completed by:

• the privacy policy
• the cookie policy

3. OUR SERVICES

The Services notably include the following elements:

• workspace booking services;
• managing the Users’ work calendar;
